The vendor facility will be available for setup from  2 - 5 pm, May 12th.  Sales begin 10am, May 13th.  RV sites at the campground will be available starting Sun, May 11th at the rate of $30/night.  (Note: Four nights are included in the rally fee.  Those paying only booth fee will be subject to a site charge of $30/day.)  Take down will be Friday afternoon, May 16th.  The campground is available until Sunday, May 18th for the daily charge.

Vendor booths are a minimum of 10 x 10 feet.  The cost is $150.  Extra space is available for $100 each space.
As an option you are invited to attend all rally functions except members-only business meetings, including catered dinners, entertainment, four nights RV site use (extras are avail at the $30 rate) for the same rally fee that members are paying: $195 for 2 people,  $165 for one.  Without the meals and entertainment, it is $30 x number of nights.
