Bounders of America will hold our 2008 International (US & Canada) rally at the Wayne County Fairgrounds, Richmond, Indiana, May 13th through May 16th.  The date and location were selected to make it possible for vendors to attend this rally enroute to or from other rallies in the area, such as the FMCA Regional Rally in Berrien Springs, Michigan.   This combined rally will be the only one scheduled for 2008 and we expect many Bounder motorhomes.  This, coupled with indoor vendor booths in a secure building, will make this an excellent opportunity for you to reach a large number of customers at a very low cost.  We also welcome seminar presentations on topics of interest to Bounder owners.

Sales will start Tuesday morning, May 13th, so vendors will want to arrive in time to setup on Monday afternoon, May 12th. Sales will end on May 16th, and tear-down and departure can be scheduled for that afternoon if desired.  For those leaving on Friday the 16th, your RV site for Monday the 12th is included in the rally fee.  Otherwise there will be a extra-day charge of $30 for each night over four.  We will have an area for supply trailer storage (no hookups), but you will be responsible for locking and securing the equipment.  The RV sites are electric (30 amp), with four central dump sites and numerous fresh water filling stations nearby.   

Whether or not you participate as a vendor, if you are willing to provide a door prize for our nightly drawings, that would be greatly appreciated – and we will give appropriate credit and product exposure for the donated prize.  For questions or comments, contact Ed Sims at esims@embarqmail.com .
